Nice selection of pork and beef, with beef pre-cut for sandwiches such as grilled steak sandwich, or I suppose you could chop it up for a cheesesteak.
They also have supplies such as casings and high melting temperature cheese for your own sausage making. -

(January 5, 2019, 5:05 pm)I recently had deer meat processed into bologna and pepper sticks. The bologna was DELICIOUS!!! The pepper sticks, not so much. They were bland and tougher than other pepper sticks that I've had. This was said by a few (7) family members. Now I have 20 lbs of pepper sticks that no one wants to eat!
