I explained to the staff what my stove was doing and they explained to me what they thought it was. I came home and did what he said and now my stove is up and running awesome. Instead of just selling me the part they gave me free advice. Hands down awesome customer service.

Everyone here is friendly and eager to help. They take extra precautions during installs and cleaning to make sure they do not damage anything or track anything into your home. The staff makes you feel more life a friend than a customer. Very knowledgeable and do their best to make sure you get the right stove to heat your home. I am saving thousands a year in heating costs over the winter. Highly recommended !!
