My experience was great! Simple process of checking in at the Kiosk. They have an eta wait time posted on the TV. Friendly staff acknowledged my presence and stated she would be right with me. She was very thorough with every step of the process was in and out in 15 min

I read the horrible reviews the Friday morning I cleared to go to have my blood drawn and became quite nervous about even going. Plenty of horror stories about the staff and wait times. I took the advice of another reviewer and made an appointment for 1:30. I arrived at 1:23 and was brought back a few mons before 1:30. The lady who took me back and drew my blood was very nice and did such a good job (I didn't feel a thing). She had one other younger girl working with her, so I could imagine if they had a lot of unexpected walk ins, things could get backed up. I have nothing bad to say about my experience, but I would advise anyone going to make an appointment, as appointments will take priority over walk ins. It all done via an automated phone system and is very easy.

Went here for an employment drug test and was in and out within 20 minutes. The longest part was just waiting for the lady up front to bring me back. Very courteous and clear with the instructions.
