2008 A4 Cabriolet 3.2L QUATTRO. Spoke with Dan the service manager. Within several seconds I felt assured that the vehicle was in good hands. He went thru line by line what repairs were needed for the vehicle. After dropping off vehicle I was called within a few hours with cost and time required for the repair. I was also emailed detailed descriptions and pictures. After picking up vehicle to take home and was like driving the car when it was new! I'm so relieved that I found a service center that exceeds my expectation. Finding a good mechanic is difficult. No more worries on my end. All my vehicles will be serviced by QSC from here on in. Quality Service did a great job with my Infiniti. I was a little nervous at first to have them service my car because the car has upgrades but they did a great job. They found the issue that I was having and took care of it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will continue to use them to service my car in the future
