  My roof had damage due to storms in the summer of 2018 and it took a while to get things rolling between my insurance, gathering information and estimates, and planning around the continued rainy weather in Maryland. Bill and his crew were easy to chat with regarding estimate details, warranty info, and the install.
  Then the install. Quick, efficient, and completely cleaned up when finished. My dogs loved the crew too! The roof....BEAUTIFUL!!
  I'd recommend them hands down for a roof and will pursue them for other projects as they come up.

  When it comes to roofing companies, you have to be very careful who you choose. WF Schmidt Construction Co. did a terrific job on my roof. Storm damage and Bill was there from start to finish and went well beyond the job in helping me assess other areas of my home affected by the storm damages. He spent alot of time helping me figure out things that didn't even apply to the job he was hired to do. The work was great. The care and concern were absolutely fantastic. He really cared that things were done right. You would be lucky to find another company as good as Schmidt.

  Great company! Crew did A fantastic job on my house roof, garage and shed . They were on time and cleaned up everything when they were finished . I am very pleased with my results and I would highly recommend this company to anyone . Owner and employees were very polite and courteous

  Bill was great to work with through the entire process. We had an insurance damage claim and everything went very smoothly .
  They replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts, & all of our siding and shutters . The house looks brand new!
  His crew is extremely hard working and Bill was right there with them through the entire project.

  Quality, Integrity, Professionalism are only a few of the words to describe this company. In a day where customer service is rare, this company has it in spades. If ever I move to a different home and need a roof, siding, or windows, I don't have to ask around. I already know who I will call. Many thanks to Bill and his company. You truly are the exception in this day and age.
