  Jason at The Cycle Works delivers incredible customer service with his broad knowledge of bikes! My first visit to the shop was to add more gears to an older road bike and to service a cyclecross bike with some braking problems. Both issues were resolved at a very fair cost and Jason took the time to explain some technical details in plain language (no bike jargon), which was very helpful. I was so impressed with the shop that I decided to trade in an older full suspension MTB for a new hardtail. Jason located a brand new Jamis at the warehouse that was a few model years old for a great price. I look forward to years of great service from The Cycle Works!

  The owner Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the customer in front of me was raving about his service and regulars dropped in for various items. Cross the bridge and go here! I will look to them for all my biking needs. PS. His beautiful wife has a sweet little coffee shop in the front. I wish them well!!

  I commuted elusively by bike for two years. I purchased both my bikes @ The Cycle Works. Andy and the guys are knowledgeable in anything from rail trail riding to racing. They always squeezed me into their maintenance schedule as I was really needed my bikes to function. I love both my Jamis and Felt!

  So there are 2 type of bike shops the big 4k plus bike shops...this is not that... this is the other...small town bike shop but as I could quickly tell these guys are racer/riders. So you get small town honesty and fair priced options as well as high end carbon product as well if you should need. Well stocked at all levels. Stocked on accessories & children's bikes as well, street, mountain & road. Not sure if I remember seeing leisure or comfort bikes, but based on the brands they carry I know they would have access to them. Hope this helps. My purchase was small on this visit, but the guy at the shop was able to point out a simple mistake I was about to make in my purchase. For that I'm grateful.
