(September 5, 2019, 9:56 am)Barry was our salesman and was exceptional. He answered all of our questions and gave us time to decide what we wanted without being pushy. We had purchased a recliner from them in December 2016, he was able to look that up in the system to see if we could get the same fabric. Unfortunately it was discontinued but he found a sample of the fabric so we could match our new furniture with. We will always be return customers. The quality and warranty is unmatched.

He gave us several samples of material coverings to take with us to compare with our existing sofa. He text us the pricing for all the material samples and we left him know which sample we chose. He made our purchase very easy and are anxiously waiting the arrival of our new recliner. Thanks Barry for all your help!

(August 12, 2019, 7:50 pm)Great experience today at La-Z-Boy in York. Steve was our salesman; low pressure and high knowledge. He was amazing to work with. We took a couple days to take samples home and think things through, and the final choices were made with ease. Highly recommend.

(August 3, 2019, 5:25 pm)I was looking for new living room furniture, basically 2 sofa's. Service was fast, and no high pressure selling at all. I ended up buying 2 sofa's at a good price as well as 2 tables. Would use them again.
