Nice modern touch and so far seems like a good quality make. I have a 3 story town house, my stairs can be tight for large furniture, but they did amazing bringing the large panels up. Their customer service was outstanding as well. Very down to earth, respectful, and knowledgeable. Im very pleased with everything. I've had multiple companies out the last 3 months for different rennovations, and this one was honestly my best experience.

(April 29, 2019, 11:44 am)I just purchased a retractable awning from Garrety. Jordan did a great job demonstrating the product and giving hints regarding color choices. There was no sales pressure. The awning came in in less time than expected and it was just installed. Alika and Mike did a great job installing. They were friendly and professional and everything was cleaned up before they left. I can’t wait to sip my morning coffee in the shade! Thanks Garrety!

Colin and James were both very professional and a pleasure to have working around the house.
The finished doors look great and the workmanship is fantastic.

(April 18, 2019, 1:26 pm)Josh came and asked us if we had any questions prior to starting the installation. Josh and Colt were very friendly, personable and professional. They handled the installation with no issues. Both were very helpful by showing us how to operate our awning. The area was cleaned and nothing was left behind. They explained the paperwork and thanked us for our purchase. Told us if we ever have issues to call Garrety Glass.

The end to end process was a wonderful experience starting from initial contact from a newspaper ad to Jeff Miller coming out for product demonstration & quote through to installation - which was significantly earlier than we expected ! Alika and Mike were very professional during the installation process and took great care in insuring quality work, down to doublechecking the caulking. After clean-up, other than the new awning on the wall, one would not know that they were ever there. Alika spent time with me making sure that I understood the remote, how to override and how to use the mechanical crank in an emergency. Awning looks great - can't wait for the sun ! Very quiet operation.
