When I damaged the car within the first two hours and wasn't sure what to do, Nate kept me on the line while he contacted triple A and had help to me within 35 minutes.
Nate had a replacement car waiting and the switch was problem free.
Nate advised me Enterprise has a discount for Veterans so he saved me some money.
I plan to rent several more cars this year. I will be renting them all from Enterprise on South Queen street.
