“Dr. Bert and assistant (Melissa) were simply wonderful. Dr. Bert was great. He has a great bedside manner, down to earth and obviously very knowledgeable with his almost 40 years of experience. Melissa was just one of the sweetest women I have ever met and they took very good care of me. I was extremely nervous going to them for a crown because I was pretty much a new patient and I've heard too many horror stories about bad dentists and I've had some problems with some in the past too. Dr. Bert numbed me up of which I didn't feel it at all. He used numbing cream so I didn't feel the first shot and then he waited a little bit for the first shot to take effect and then gave me the rest of the shots I needed. Seriously, didn't feel any of them. Then he drilled out the old filling and showed me the decay that was underneath. Another dentist must have left it for me as a surprise. Dr. Bert cleaned that out and saved me from a painful root canal. I got my temp crown on and it fits like a glove. Long story short, I am extremely happy with the level of care that I recieved from these terrific people. I would recommend them to EVERYONE. Shout out to my hygentist Cindy too. She did a great job on my very first visit and was gentle in the area where I was having issues. Turns out I needed a crown. I may be a little premature in writing this review due to the fact that I didn't get the permanent crown yet but I know that it will be fine and if it's not I am sure that Dr. Bert would make it right because his professionalism is second to none.”
