Initial contact with Rick and Patrick was a pleasant experience as they really listened to our ideas/ needs, while offering recommendations and suggestions. A full explanation of the work was conveyed, and we really liked the “Good, Better, Best” options for the roofing. The Golden Pledge roof warranty is a great value, and we were very impressed with Fabian and the roofing team. Par One did everything they committed to and we are so pleased with final result. Now the best is not the cheapest, but when the expression says, "you get what you pay for", with these folks, you get MORE than you paid for. They have extremely good taste, ADVICE, and ideas, followed by perfectionist / MASTER craftsmanship with caring follow-through. It is an amazing teamwork experience with Artisan, which kept me in the process. I am so picky, this is the first contractor I had enough confidence in to just ask for 2 or 3 options and just chose w/o doing all the footwork myself. They show up consistently every day, are neat, polite, and listen! Seriously.... I rarely bother writing, but it is nice to write something positive since most people write angry things, I thought, let's compliment a job well done. Everyday I walk into my new kitchen, I am so happy. Everyone else who sees it says it's so amazing. That makes me feels good hearing all the glowing compliments, but most of all, WE LOVE THIS KITCHEN AND IT IS LITERALLY PERFECT. : )”
