“I took my truck to Straw's for a power steering leak (which they diagnosed for me after I was having other issues). Unfortunately they were not able to get the part on the same day I brought it in, due to part availability, and the truck was un-safe to drive further. They normally have a courtesy vehicle available, but it was taken that day. Rather than leave me stranded, Glenn (the owner) personally drove me to the nearest rental agency so I could have transportation. He even worked to get me a discount on the rental!
