“Staff goes above and beyond their job description to help people. While their hours may be a bit inconvenient, the employees don't make the schedule. During the Christmas holidays, they are working 70-80 hours a week and are there 7 days a week and even have signs that say if you have packages to pick up, to knock on the door and they will get it for you. The main employee I deal with is super nice. She is always willing to help and explain. So the only "complaint" I have is the hours and that has no bearing on the staff.”
