“They were easy to deal with, very understanding. Jeffery was so helpful.. once my father met him ,it was an easy decision on where we wanted to have my sister’s service. She passed the week of Christmas , so it was hard to find florists that were open and so on. He pointed us in the right direction and made it all a little easier on a week that would have otherwise been even harder because of the holidays. We went to Lasahn and also Evan’s, but neither were as personable or kind. It was all just business to them. Harkins is different, in the best way possible for this difficult of a situation.”

“This is the best tea room I've ever been to. I love the Victorian decor with the soft piano music playing in the background. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, and the owner is pleasant as well. There's also a little shop where you can buy teapots and cups, along with tea and scones to make at home. The best part is the reasonable prices.”

“I live in Fawn Grove. Our Post Office is STILL down over ridiculous reasons but that is not what this is about. I had to visit the Delta, PA Post Office and after having to find it as I have never been there was one of my BEST experiences for a Post Office. I had a problem or two and they helped me fix the problem, was very courteous, and help make me smile over the experience that I have to have resolved. VERY nice ladies that helped me at Delta Post Office William Halczuk”

“A great place for groups*! It's a filled quarry with lots of inflatables and platforms to climb. Kayak or paddle board to explore the lake. Lot of fish in the water but they don't bother you. There's a snack bar on site but some restaurants near by deliver as well. The employees are mostly high school and college kids and they are friendly and attentive while enforcing safety. We spent the day floating, paddling, climbing, jumping and playing. They play music which makes it more lively and fun. Our group wants to return as soon as possible! *You must be part of a group with insurance to go to Guppy Gulch.”

“Incredibly well preserved slate headstones well over 150 years old. This area has a rich history - peach bottom slate, the welsh miners that immigrated here work the slate mines... its worth reading up on this area before visiting to truly appreciate it. Not far from here are some intact stone cottages the miners lived in.”
