“I feel for the people who had poor experiences and left 1-star reviews, but as a long-time customer of PNC, I do not feel like those experiences are truly representative of this branch, nor PNC in general. I have been a customer of PNC for almost ten years, and I have been happy with PNC and this branch ever since. Everyone at this branch has always been very welcoming and courteous, and I have always gotten a warm greeting when coming inside. Several people I know and am close to also use PNC (and this branch in particular) and to my knowledge none of them have ever had any issues. Finally, I have taken advantage of some of the additional services that PNC offers as well (financial counseling, etc.) and have always been pleased with the help I have been given. I sometimes have some odd requests or questions, and they have always been accommodating. If you are already a PNC customer, or someone living in the area considering PNC, I definitely recommend this branch.”

“It is 1:40pm on Sunday august 21st and i just left this location. There are the two best guys working there at this time. “I like this branch. I don’t understand why the Citizens Bank ATM machines (everywhere) ask me if I speak Spanish. I have been banking there for 20 years and their system still doesn’t know my preferred language? I go to Wells Fargo, and they know my preferred language and they know my preferred transaction, and they know I want the receipt emailed to me. Why is that so hard for Citizens Bank to figure out?”
