“Contrary To The Pleasant Hills Location, This Location Was Top Notch. I Never Had Any Problems. I Always Found The Staff To Be Very Professional, And Kind. At Times The Speed Of Service Was In The Tank, But This Branch Is Very Small, And Easily Has Half The Staff That The Pleasant Hills Branch Does. So Slow Speed Of Service Is To Be Expected At Times. I Would Have Stayed With Key Bank in Light Of My Bad Experiences At The Pleasant Hills Branch, But This Location Was Simply Not As Easy To Get To As The Pleasant Hills Branch. Overall I Would Highly Recommend This Location! I Also Would Suggest That You See Brian R. For A New Account, Investments, Or Other Financial Related Accounts! Brian Provided Excellent "No Pressure" Service For Me, And He Will Do The Same For You!!”

“When this branch lost the old manager and Kristen took over everything changed. Her and her crew have been absolutely phenomenal and I can’t think of them enough for changing this branch around. Absolutely amazing I came back here when the Monroeville branch started to have some serious issues like the Murrysville branch did a bit ago. I came to find out that the terrible manager that used to be here moved to Monroeville location. It’s a shame that First National Bank can’t see what’s right in front of them and how bad he runs their branches. I am very happy that this bank is now under good management and they do so well. Very professional very kind very courteous super great! So glad to be back to my hometown branch and not have to make that trip to Monroeville”

“I was just so relieved with the way I was treated yesterday on the phone and today in person by Robert and the rest of the gang at Clearview Mall PNC branch at just about closing time on Friday, April 1st. I know what it's like to not be able to leave on time and I hate to cause others to stay late but the day didn't go as planned timewise with selling my car and things were coming close to the wire with the bank closing and trying to deposit the money from the sale of my car. Robert took time to give me sound advice the day before on what to do when selling a car on Craigslist and what to look out for.
