“A small but informative museum with interesting exhibits and artifacts on local Mennonite history and culture. The bookstore has some interesting titles, including used historical books that you can buy for as low as $5. There is a small admission fee ($5 when we visited). Definitely add this to your itinerary when you visit Lancaster.”

“I love it here. They have so much different stuff, in a barely organized fashion... If you don't want spend the time browsing, don't even come here. You could spend days in here and not see everything. I couldn't imagine they know their inventory perfectly either. My favorite things to but here are rugs, kitchen and bath organizers, curtains, small appliances, toiletries, and small gift items. There rugs in particular are really great deals. I avoid the book section, the furniture, some electronics and the food. Their furniture is usually disappointing with few bargains. They have always been very fair with their no-hassle 30 day return policy. I've returned stuff because I changed my mind, I found it cheaper elsewhere, it didn't work, i ended up not needing it ... All different reasons and the workers never have a problem. It's a great store where you can get some awesome deals if you take your time and look.”
