They allowed me to test drive and hold their vehicle for a few days as my vehicle was stolen. Also helped me get into my new used car (GMC acadia) which I was and still am absolutely in love with since first sight. They were very friendly and honest. I never dealt with a dealer that was up front like them usually I always get the pushy just want to sell you a car type. Katrina handled all the paperwork and made sure that my state DMV had what they needed for the license plates to be issued without any trouble. Megan picked me up from the airport and was super friendly. Pete made sure I was happy with the way the van turned out and showed me how to operate the lift (coming from a ramp mini van) and made sure I had good directions to get home. Overall everyone at TCI Mobility was extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. The fit and finish of the modifications looks like it came from the Ford plant so I would say these folks know what they are doing. Called AAA and they sent out a truck to tow me from Douglassville Auto Body & Sales. Their speed to the site was fast and efficient. Then I had to take a ride with them about 35 miles to my garage of choice. Brian was the operator and driver and was absolutely phenomenal. “This shop is great. The first thing I did when I walked through the door was a sigh of relief. There is a toy area that kept my four year old well entertained. The waiting area is one of the cleanest I’ve seen at a repair shop. It was so nice not having to keep saying ‘don’t touch anything!’ like I usually have had to when at previous car repair places. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I (not a mechanic) could understand. Stacy at the front desk was great to talk to. This shop was great and highly recommend it. I will definitely we coming back again to get my next car inspected before I buy it. Plus they have a 10% new customer discount! The sign is kinda hard to see from the road. If you are traveling west on boot road it’s the first (sharp) right after chestnut street.”
