I like the early hours and the location is great for drop off and pick up because they are near Public transportation. Because it's an independent shop, you don't get the hard sell for unnecessary services like you would at franchise/chain car care places. I'll be sure to come again for my car care needs in the future.”

“I was hesitant to take my car to the dealership for repairs. I previously went to a different Kia dealership and did not have a very positive experience, they didn’t speak to me about my car they directed everything to my male friend who was there to drive me home. But when the malfunction light came on that morning I knew a dealership was the best place. I was able to get an appointment first thing that morning. As soon as I pulled in I was great with a smile and a good morning, how are you this morning. I dealt with Terry who was so respectful. He asked me what had happened and explained the process to me in detail. Asked if I wanted to wait there or if I needed a ride home. Called me an hour later to explain what needed to be corrected, the cost and that unfortunately the part would not be in until the next day. The following day I got a call early afternoon letting me know my car was ready. I explained my daughter would be picking it up and she was greeted with the same genuine kindness and respect. Can not say enough about the great experience.”

I called here on a busy Saturday and they offered to look at my car THAT day to give me an estimate on the price and the length of time they'd need my car. Ron came out and pointed out exactly what the guys at Advanced Auto did wrong. I left the car with them and got a call around the same day they estimated it to be done.
