“It was a quick tire change and if your tire is able to be fixed they'll help fix it. The one thing that isn't great is if you have different size tires than your car calls for such as you customized it they will not put them on your vehicle but there's a way around that you park around back and you take it off your own car wheel it inside and they'll put it on the wheel for you and then you just go back out and put it on your car yourself”

Prior to taking my Wrangler to Hillview, I had it at another dealer 3 times for the same problem and they couldn't fix it. Within minutes of taking my Jeep to Hillview, Matt located a service bulletin that matched the symptoms I had been experiencing. Literally, it only took him a couple of minutes to find the service bulletin. The previous dealer told me they couldn't find any bulletins related to my problem. After Matt confirmed the diagnosis with their mechanic, he had my part within a few days and now the problem is solved. Excellent service and outstanding communication. “So, not only were they extremely friendly, they also took good care of me. Got me the oil I needed for my car, they checked and replaced the air filters, which I didn't even know needed done (and after they showed me them, it certainly looked like they needed replaced). I didn't wait 10 seconds to get serviced, I pulled up and they opened the garage door to service me immediately. Plus doing all that took them less than 10 minutes. The gentleman and I talked about hip-hop and he was super nice. Overall it was a great experience, I'm never going anywhere else for my oil change.”
