“I had Mill Run attempt a repair on my daughters Subaru. I say attempt because according to the manufacture and other repair shops it was not suggested to try. The repair did not work and a follow up a day later did not make a difference. They treated me well on the price and were more than fair in the attempt. I also bought a car with a re-manufactured Ford engine in it from them. The engine had a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. 8 months into the use the Flywheel broke. mill Run fixed it at no cost to me because they felt like it should not have broke. Now before you say these do not sound like positive experiences let me explain. Everything Paul and Jon did at Mill Run was about making sure I was satisfied. I have rarely if ever, come upon an auto shop with such integrity and commitment to the customer. Check them out and give them a try, they will stand by their work, THEY promise.”
