“Mikes wheel alignment is the best place to go! I was going through tires due to another shops half done alignment where they only did the toe adjustment and never touched the caster or camber. Mike adjusted everything caster, toe and camber better than factory. Mike also found a safety issue with my brake line hose that caused the truck to pull hard right when the brake was applied. Mike stayed later than closing to fix it before he let me leave for my safety. I highly recommend Mikes wheel alignment and appreciate such professional and honest service. Thank you Mike and team!!”

“Rudy is my guy. He was very straight about my questions and what the best options would be for me. I didn't feel intimidated by the whole buying process. Even though I was approved by my bank he didn't insist that I go through their lenders to see if I could get more money or a better rate. He understood what I was working with and he did the absolute best to get me what I needed. My daughter was also looking for a car at another dealership, she also had an approval and they insisted she go through them. Ran her credit, approved her then called and said she needed a cosigner when she already had money from her bank. Not only was he very personable and funny. He also made sure that while my bank was processing my loan that the car wasn't sold. If you don't have a down payment they won't hold the car at any dealership, which I didn't know but he did it on good faith that I was indeed getting the car. Not saying that's what they do because money is money and they're a business but for me I was treated like a friend and not just a customer. Definitely recommend 👌”

“Great shop and excellent customer service. I found a puncture in my tire and tried to find a place that could order me a new tire so I could travel home to Ohio. I didn’t have any of my tools with me, so I had no way to determine if it was a fixable puncture or a non-fixable sidewall issue. Tire Rack had my tire on backorder until Sept, and a lot of the bigger shops in the area couldn’t even order it. Did a quick Google search and found West Point Auto Works. Rob at West Point Auto Works was able to order my tire, get it shipped in only 2 days, and then squeezed me in without an appointment to get me fixed up and on my way home. They were even able to repair the punctured tire instead of replacing with a new tire, so now I have a brand new tire for when I need them replaced. Good to have considering the scarcity of this tire. They also have a touchless tire mounter, which did not scratch my forged wheels. Would recommend West Point Auto Works to anyone.
