They went above and beyond exchanging previous faulty parts that were put on the vehicle…they were proficient and timely in replacing the correct parts ensuring my truck was running 💯 when i picked it up. With a history of this diesel being with 2 other mechanics over a period of 4 months, both of which did not have the technology to properly diagnose, I would have been thousands into it and still chasing the problem. I’m grateful and thankful for Belback being honest and dependable and guarantee I won’t be taking my diesel anywhere else!!”

Even though I decided not to go through with it at the time, they were nothing but courteous. Almost six months later when I finally decided to bite the bullet, they were just as wonderful. They answered all of my many questions, kept me updated, and used all of the oem parts they could. They were much cheaper than the dealership to boot, and much more personable. The tall thin fellow that runs the place is as knowledgeable about cars as they come. I told my son in law about them too and he’s been taking his BMW there ever since. If you’re looking for the cheapest option, they’re not for you. But if you’re looking for the highest quality work done right, by people who know what they’re doing, you won’t be disappointed.”
