“This shop is great. The first thing I did when I walked through the door was a sigh of relief. There is a toy area that kept my four year old well entertained. The waiting area is one of the cleanest I’ve seen at a repair shop. It was so nice not having to keep saying ‘don’t touch anything!’ like I usually have had to when at previous car repair places. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I (not a mechanic) could understand. Stacy at the front desk was great to talk to. This shop was great and highly recommend it. I will definitely we coming back again to get my next car inspected before I buy it. Plus they have a 10% new customer discount! The sign is kinda hard to see from the road. If you are traveling west on boot road it’s the first (sharp) right after chestnut street.”

The gentlemen at Wentz took a look at our van and were able to get to work on it quickly. When the first option did not work out they went on to option number two, keeping us updated along the way. During the time of the repair my husband, myself, and our three kids were very comfortable in their waiting area. We were able to watch TV, read magazines, and plug in our electronics. We were offered drinks several times as well. I can't say enough about the helpfulness and professionalism of those involved in fixing our van. It probably seemed routine to them, but it was above and beyond to us. Thank you! ”
