“I bought my recently purchased 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie 4WD Crew Cab Cummins Turbo Diesel to Kris and Rob that I bought online & flew to Kalispell, MT and drove back home cross-country! The reason for this was that upon arrival at the Dealership the truck was even nicer than I could see from online pics. The paint was so well kept that I thought it was worth preserving. At first I was skeptical as to results vs. what the cost of the Ceramic Pro Silver Pkg. w/ Level 3 Paint Correction was quoted but when I first saw the truck inside their shop I was literally moved to tears at the results! She looked Showroom New and they had 4 or 5 dings to contend with, as well as, severe streaking & swirls from years of car washes! This truck is a culmination of a lifelong struggle financially to obtain and these guys and their top-notch crew exceeded my expectations to extremes I cannot get into here and they have my undying gratitude for making me the happiest truck owner east of the Mississippi! “There are two things that I require for a mechanic. The first is trust. As far as that goes, I have never trusted someone I do business with more than Al. The second is quality of work. And again, I will say, Al is one of the best at what he does. He listens to the customer, because he has learned they may not know his job, but they do know their vehicle's. We have been going to Al for decades, and even after we moved 30 minutes away, we still go there. Years ago, we had a warranty issue with a battery and went back and forth with the dealer. Had it in and out of the shop at least 4 times, never getting the actual problem fixed. When they insisted the issue was the alternator (which the car ran fine once it started), finally decided to just ask Al what he thought. After listening to us, he went to the fuse box and pulled the fuse for the radio. Said, let me know if you still have the problem (battery dying after a couple of days) after a week. Of course, the radio was the problem. And of course we told the dealer the same story.... Hey radio stopped working and now leaving the car sit for a few days, the battery is dead.... um... Maybe it's the radio?”

“I was in need of an emergency brake job. I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for service. When i arrived, i was immediately greeted and checked in. I watched a technician pull my vehicle into the garage and started working approximately 5 minutes later. The waiting area was clean considering the horrific weather outside. Not a single complaint from anyone in the waiting room. If you have ever been to another dealer or shop for service, you know what I'm talking about. Fast and efficient (a little over an hour-hour and a half tops) which saved me labor costs. I would give their team a ten star rating if possible. This was the only Ford dealership within 15 miles that could take me that day. I will drive the 15 miles anytime for that kind of service. Great job!!!”
