“Today I called to inquire about Goodyear checking a potential hole or crack in my exhaust pipe. the mechanic immediately recommended I go to a muffler specialty shop instead. That way, if it's a small hole, the muffler shop can just weld it and that will save me a lot of money. He said he could just replace the whole exhaust system for me, but that would cost more! and this isn't the only time they have gone out of their way to save me money when they could have made a quick buck. I believe these guys are the only honest mechanics in town! they deserve my loyalty and I can highly recommend them!”

Ryan, the manager or owner was very very professional and took great care to let me know exactly my next steps not holding me in the dark. He gave me his professional insight on my situation and was right. The waiting area had comfortable leather seats, a snap machine, tv with free coffee water and tea! I was in a situation where I was a single female handling my affairs of a totalled vehicle and I brought my vehicle in the next day. I'm a strong woman, but this situation was not ideal and my experience with Faulkner Collision Center was exceptionally extraordinary. I totalled my vehicle, my completely paid off vehicle and instead of leaving devastated, I had a complete and total peace of mind. I trust the work they do on my 2003 range rover and the cost is fair and up front. This is the type repair shop you go to and end up referring friends and family to them. They work on other cars as well based on what I see in their shop. R and R of Collingdale is not my nehighboood shop but its worth the travel to get the care my older vehicle needs.”
