“I brought my girl's 2012 Mitsubishi Galant here little over a week ago after a woman high on something other than alcohol decided to use it for target practice while it was parked. The driver's back panel and driver's mirror were smashed. Not only did they beat the other estimate I got by $450, they presented me with a professionally printed and itemized print out of their estimate. The other guy refused to give me a written estimate. They not only repaired everything in the four day timeline they gave me, they went over and beyond fixing the damage beautifully. They spit shine cleaned the car inside and out. My girl was excited at how good a job they did. The car now looking as if there has never been any damage. She said when she took the car to work, one co-worker said the car now looks better than her brand new car. A clean customer area with TV and morning coffee ( better to get there in the early AM for coffee I suspect judging by the turned off coffee maker whenever I was there in afternoons), a candy jar for sweet tooth peeps like me and a pleasant lady at the front desk who greets you and gets you sorted with whatever or whoever you need for your pick up, estimate, insurance, etc. topped off the excellent work done for a reasonable price. An excellent experience and highly recommended. P.S. There's a 2% surcharge if you pay with a credit card.”
