“I contacted Jeff Critchlow Auto Body after I hit a deer and the front end and driver side of my car was pretty badly damaged. Sandy was extremely kind and helpful over the phone and she informed me step by step how to handle this with my insurance company, the car rental, and informed me I could bring my car in at my convenience and they will be ready for me. I was running late for work the day I was taking my car in, Sandy helped me over the phone to accommodate me so I would not be there too long when I arrived with my car. I was in and out picked up by the rental company. I was contacted by Mark ( I believe that was his name)every step of the way to let me know what was going on with my car. He described everything in detail in a way that I would understand and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was annoying him, he was extremely kind, informative, and helpful. He told me he would write a specific note down on my paperwork, and he did just that, where as other places don't follow through sometimes when they say they will do little things to help you out. I appreciated his time and help. They were also accurate and honest about how long my car would be there. When It was time to pick my car up, they told me I could leave the rental off there and they would handle getting it returned, this saved me so much time. When I arrived and saw my car I could instantly tell I was extremely pleased just from the looks of it!! I was so excited to see my car all fixed and the paint job was perfect. When i had dropped my car off it was pretty dirty on the inside and out, it was spotless when I picked it up... even the inside!! I met Jeff, the owner and Sandy was there to get me squared away( they even waited for me because I was running late once again 🤦♀️). Even though their work day was done, they both took the time to talk to me and Jeff even gave me some pointers about other car issues I had since before my accident. I had some concerns regarding the rental I was turning in because I didn't have time to clean it up a bit before turning it in, and had driven through an area where lines must have just been painted. Jeff assured me I didn't have to worry and even followed up with me to let me know it was able to be cleaned off. They went above and beyond helping me with my car, my concerns, and even the rental car. I could not be more grateful and pleased with the service. My dad and uncle always told me, "Go to Jeff Critchlow," and now I know why! I will definitely be back with any future needs! Thank you so much to everyone that made my car actually look and feel better than when I first purchased it!”

They have also given me price ranges and options for repairs so that we dont automatically go for the most expensive repair on a 10+ year old car, which i appreciate. Ive never had to bring my car back because "something still wasnt right", which i have had to with previous mechanics. Ive never had to leave my car to be repaired for a week which Ive had to do with others. My car has always been 100% fixed when I pick it up at the end of the day. They take payment over the phone which is so convienent. I also think their labor fees are extremely fair. They are trustworthy nice people and will solve and fix your car problems. I vote yes!”

“responsive, prompt, precise, and affordable. am an out of state customer that failed VA inspection due to rusted rotors and pads not making contact on a 2013 JGC with 24k miles. while in the hometown visiting relatives (during Corona) i was Rx this shop by my cousin (and her many friends in the area who go there) b/c they know C. Wilcox is affordable and fast and knows what he's doing. the trifecta of mechanic mastery. he installed rear rotors and pads (which i provided) in under 90 minutes. when i had a concern and brought the vehicle back to show him, he assured me that in time, it would resolve. i confirmed his explanation with Jeep Forum members (who recommended the parts), but Mr. Wilcox still phoned me the next day to check on how the issue was progressing. never has a mechanic phoned me the day after install or repairs to check on whether something was as expected. this is a 5-star mechanic who i plan to have install the front pads and rotors next summer, if they last that long. don't hesitate, but do communicate expectations and concerns and you will not be sorry. this small, one man business has forged a local reputation via word of mouth in by having provided excellent execution of auto repairs.”
