As a therapist and someone with previous negative experiences, I can’t describe how grateful I am for how they handled everything. I just recently had a procedure due to an abnormal pap. I wish I knew her name, but the nurse and Donna were absolutely amazing during that procedure. They made it light and made me feel so comfortable, using appropriate humor and conversation. They explained the entire procedure in detail multiple times, and answered any questions I had honestly and in a way that I could easily understand. They also talked me through everything as it was happening which was great. At the end I was feeling light headed (normal for me with med procedures) and they made sure I was okay by staying with me and providing me with a drink. They made it feel completely okay and I felt no judgment at all. Thank you both so much!”
