I been with Welsh mountain Medical for 4 years now, the high demand of turn overs that walk in and out of the facility is outrageous. Something should be implemented so the high turn over of Dr. are lowered. Gives us patient some sense of comfort to know we can rely on seeing a familiar face.”

“95% of the time when I visit blood-drawing facilities, I get poked multiple times despite me warning that my veins are difficult to find. I work my arm hard to prepare the vein to pop up and pulse, so it would be easier to find. Even after that many nurses proceed searching the vein with the inserted needle under my skin. The most painful procedure of all. Some can't find it even after that and proceed changing the arm. At Audubon Medical Associates, Kristine D, was born with the skill finding the veins. She is natural! She did it with such an ease and provided a pain free service. She heard my concern and used a "butterfly" needle without me telling her this.
