“Jecks customer service goes above and beyond for their customers. I was travelling from Canada to orlando for my mother's funeral who had pasted away in unexpectedly with my daughter and two year old grandson when my rear dif seized and snapped my rear left drive axle. The ower could not get the parts right away so I rented a car; the owner had Beth a very nice lady that worked the front desk to drive me over a half hour away to find a rental place which I must add the garage stayed open almost 2 hours past close until I returned with Beth. The owner kept in contact with me through the week and worked endlessly to find the parts for the cheapest price. All companies should follow in their foot steps of customer service they treat everyone who enters the service Center as Family. Thank you to Denis, Beth and Boys for everthing”
