Dr. McGonigle has made our hip dysplasia journey so much easier and we are incredibly thankful for her. My other daughter has been seeing another doctor in the office who doesn’t even compare to Dr. McGonigle, in my opinion. We are SO disappointed to find out that Dr. McGonigle will no longer be at the AHN Pediatric Orthopaedic Institute and we hope to be able to follow her when she finds a new position. He is deeply caring and compassionate and listens to his patients and their family members. I remember him calling me at home during her first hospitalization and spending 30+ minutes on the phone talking to me about her case...doctors don't do things like that anymore. His office staff are also incredible, so caring and attentive and just lovely. One of his staff actually came to visit my mom when she was hospitalized. HIGHLY recommend.”

“We have been taking our son here since he was 3 months old and I've always been impressed with the entire staff. They have always been friendly, patient, and understanding. When they call to confirm your appointments, they always remind you of their policies (bring insurance card, no siblings, etc). They also have an online check-in feature, which helps reduce wait times at the office. Additionally, we have been seen on time for his appointments. I've called the after hours line before and Dr. D called me back within an hour. She educated me on the issue and helped put my mind at ease. I've also called when my son had a 3 days fever. As a first time mom, I just wanted some reassurance that everything was OK. They told me over the phone it was more than likely his teeth, but they fit me in to be sure. They truly believe parents know best and never talk down to you. I always feel comfortable going there and know they will listen and be helpful!”
