“Okay, so I have a lot of issues with grinding at night and it’s been wearing my teeth down. My hygienist, Joy, was a magician. Months back, she was warning me about my teeth shifting around from clenching and grinding. To be honest, I should’ve listened because she was spot on. She got me in for another cleaning and helped me pick out a solution for my grinding issues. Sleeping with a nightguard now, thank God! So much nicer! Anyway, the dentist was super cool too. Very professional. I even got to practice my spanish with the dental assistant. I really liked the whole vibe. Best of all, I’m happy to finally not have any anxiety about going to the dentist!!”

“Five stars doesn’t seem like enough! I had dental implants done. But two days before my surgery my dog was hit by a car and was killed. I almost cancelled but didn’t. When I was called back by his nurse she could tell something was wrong and when I told her she was so empathetic - she was so sweet! I really appreciated her kindness.. And when Dr. Bauer came in he immediately gave me his condolences.He understood what I was going through - His bedside manner was just so compassionate!! The anesthesiologist was wonderful as well.. My surgery went well for the most part. Spite needing to have my bone structure filed down which meant implementing a meshing for support. Dr. Bauer called me that evening just as he said he would! And I was doing ok. But, then there was a slight setback and when I called the office they immediately got me in and put my mind at ease..I saw Dr. Norbutt that day and like Dr. Bauer he was so nice! I am still healing and looking forward to being able to have this completed. Each time I see Dr. Bauer he always says if there is anything I need don’t hesitate to call!And he means it!! ! Last but certainly not least!! Is the staff,, everyone that I have come in contact with have been absolutely wonderful! They are so pleasant and friendly! They seem to really like what they do! I will highly recommend Oral & Facial Surgery of Pittsburgh to everyone!! Thank you all for your kindness!!”
