“I highly recommend Dr Alan Aspinall. He has been my Primary Care Physician for quite some time now. He is always kind and caring, very professional, a good listener, and his expertise as a physician shows in the diagnostic work up he does, down to the treatment plan he gives to me. I have been a Registered Nurse since 1979. Dr Aspinall recently saved my life! I had received shoddy care at a UPMC hospital and he promptly did a post-hospital follow up call with me. I am so grateful that Dr Aspinall reached out to me! I had COVID and was so very ill. After my ER visit, I wasn't even thinking of calling my PCP because I was just trying to make it through another day at home because I was so weak and sick. I was experiencing frequent and severe coughing and gagging spells and shortness of breath, and was on home oxygen. Dr Aspinall ordered an inhaler and prescription cough medication for me. It made all the difference in improving my respiratory status! I can't believe anyone would ever give Dr Aspinall a poor rating. It's unfortunate that some people post comments just to be rude--and that shows me so much about the person who did the posting than anything else! Thank you so much Dr Aspinall! He actually listens to your problems and diagnoses you properly and puts you on the proper medications, instead of just seeing you writing a prescription that does not work and send you on your way like the doctors I was used to seeing and continue to do for years on end while hospital bills rack up month after month, and countless times I had to call the ambulance because I thought I was going to have a heart attack or stroke and just couldn't get a doctor to understand what PTSD or Anxiety could do to you even though I was seeing doctors at the VA and they should have been the experts since it was from being deployed during the military and still they would do the same things over and over again if they did anything.
