“Really wanted to like this place more and I go back and forth about whether to give a 3 or a 4 rating - so I'm giving a 4, as perhaps my expectations were just too high? The staff is friendly and helpful. In fact they were quite eager to help find a pair of glasses that would fit my needs and budget. They seem like they enjoy their job so that creates a good atmosphere. Dr. Burgess seems nice enough and definitely shows competence and concern for doing a good job. She took her time to ensure that the prescription was correct, allowing time to try a new prescription to be positive that it would work. That was great! I don't like the fact that they push their glasses for purchase, but that's typical for some optometry offices. Overall I was satisfied but I wouldn't go back again, so that's why I'm not overly positive about the experience. At the same time, I would not discourage others from going here. Perhaps it's worth giving it a try for yourself?”
