“My son has been in the Ninja class since it started about 3 years ago. Even though it takes us about 40 minutes to get there, we are willing to take him because he loves it. It is perfect for him. I particularly like the different things they do with the typical "gymnastic" mats and equipment. These kids are running straight up mats that are against the walls and flipping over, climbing ropes, learning flips and jumps on the trampolines, obstacle courses that work about every muscle he has in all different ways. It is non stop almost the whole time. His instructor, Mary Beth is wonderful. She has been leading his class since the onset. Every interaction that I have had with her as well as any of the girls helping has always been pleasant and professional. I recommend this class regularly when talking about it. I will continue to take my son as long as he continues to be interested in it. Highly recommended for boys with tons of energy. :)”
