Although she is thoroughly knowledgeable and professional to the utmost degree, I love that she is also just "one of the gals" who can relate and empathize with us when we look at our reflection and see a "sinking spot" !!!! As for me, I know when I need to call "Dr. C" for a "sprucing up", so to speak. I am not incredibly wealthy financially, but obtaining services from Dr. Cohen is a treat I shower upon myself. Let's face it, we budget for the car, we budget for the utilities and children/grandchildren....why not splurge on the "window to our world" which is our face and general appearance? I'm personally not looking to appear in my 20's, but I surely love looking the best sixty-something I possibly can! Last experience I received a car with no windshield washer fluid and it was just after the first snow storm of 2021 in NYC. Almost crashed on the Belt parkway...brought car back. Zane the agent apologized and immediately switched cars and I was on my way.”
