The apartments are beautiful new and clean in a very safe neighborhood.my mom worked 30 years in new york she never took welfare or food stamps she will be paying a portion of the rent where she was accepted which is a blessing. The wait does take awhile but once they call you the attention is excellent!!!!! My bed was delivered two hours before my delivery window and the guys that dropped it off were great. “Have played the course several times a year since opening. Previously was in great shape, but my group played this past Sunday, and hope it was just a rarity with the conditions. There was quite a bit of crabgrass throughout the course. It is still a great layout, and the tees and greens are in great shape, but as mentioned the rough and even a little on the fairways are not being as well maintained. The other negative, is I hope I recall correctly, but the cost went up $5 more since earlier this summer, and $5.30 for a hot dog is a bit much. Hopefully this new management group, is going to try to keep this course in the superior condition it previously was, which is worth the premium price for the area.”
