Even so, Dr Hecht made adjustments to my gum for no charge to get the thing right although not his fault. He’s been in business for a long time. Don’t listen to the sour grapes. He hasn’t been in business for so long by being bad at what he does.”

“Coolest menu ever... as hubby and I are in decisive. Everything was great, only two things could be changed, but minor in my eyes as we got delivery. The mustard packets are either store cold and maybe shouldn't be or are slightly older? And the fries were great after reheating. Burger was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. “I have gone to this dentist for the past 8+ years. I find the place to be clean and everyone there is very friendly. I usually get the same hygentist and she is very nice and not rough on the gums as some can be. I like the fact that they have evening hours and usually can fit me in with short notice. I am over 40 and never had a cavity. I know that has alot to do with genetics but I would think it also is indicitive of the service a dentist provides over the years too. Nothing to say but good things about Northeastern Dental Associates. ”

“Last year mother-in-law got new hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. While I was visiting her on Friday, she complained that she could not hear. We called Tracy, the hearing aid specialist and she said to come right over. Mom had ear wax build up, which was blocking sounds. Tracy not only cleaned the hearing aids, but treated Mom as if she was their only customer. Dignity, respect and kindness seem to be a fading memory in the world of customer service, but NOT at Miracle-Ear! Tracy is the most authentic and compassionate individual I have met.
