“I had gone to McDowell to see Dr. Ashley during my time for my optometry residency in Philadelphia and I was beyond impressed by both Dr. Ashley and her office's staff. I have since moved home to central Pennsylvania right outside of Hershey, PA and I needed to have my records from McDowell sent over to my new dentist at home. Upon calling and speaking to Beth at the front desk, she immediately remembered who I was and even remembered where I was moving to (I have not been back to their office since March 2019 so it has been about 7 months since they last saw me). I was very impressed with Beth's professionalism and kindness over the phone, and if I ever move back closer to the area I will ABSOLUTELY be going back to see Dr. Ashley and all her great staff. “Dr. Pierre Chanoine has been my 5 year olds pediatrician since birth. His level of attention to detail, professionalism, and attentiveness surpasses any physician I’ve ever come into contact with. We have never felt rushed, we’ve developed great rapport with Dr. Chanoine.I have referred 4 other parents to him as their pediatrician AND THEY LOVE HIM TOO!!! He TRULY CARES! And it shows, he has something that cannot be taught it’s rare. Not only does he listen, he explains his thoughts on different topics related to children’s health ALONG with providing resources to research as a parent so you are educated as well, and feel empowered to make medical decisions on behalf of your child. I cannot ever move too far away, this level of medical excellence is unmatched. I find myself bragging about the unparalleled experience we have encountered time and time again. I wish there was an award for him. But even naming him Dr. of the Century might simply not be enough.”
