She seems to know what customer service is all about. She may not always be able to accomplish what you are looking to do, but always explores the ways in which may be options. A couple days ago a co-worker of mine who has 4 young children ran out of heating fuel. They were facing the weekend in below freezing temperatures. I asked Brenda to help me help them. Although she was unable to open them an account in that short amount of time, I suggested putting the costs on my bill. She was able to figure out a way to make this happen and also helped to get the delivery asap. This family did not go cold another night!
