“After a cancellation from another company less than 24 hours before the scheduled move (for a piano), CALFO RED LINE MOVING & STORAGE came to the rescue. I frantically called and spoke with the owner, Ron. He was SO friendly and understanding of my predicament. He was able to schedule me the very next day! The morning of, they called when on their way to the house. So professional. Upon arrival, Ron + 3 helpers were ready to go. They came equipped with a box truck that had a lift in the back. Straps, blankets, numerous ramps, etc. They moved the 600 lb 1970's piano quickly and seamlessly - they've clearly done this a million times. The entire piano move took less than an hour. The guys were super friendly and overall 10/10. I very rarely write reviews (and I really mean that) but these guys deserved it. If you're looking for a company to help with your next move, whether it be for a piano or even an entire house, these are your guys! If they can safely move a 600 lb piano, I would trust them with anything!! Call them up and give the local guys the business! Thank you so much Ron and Calfo Red Line!!!!! “Delivered my couch and chair yesterday. They left, sat on couch opened chair and would not go down. Called for service, they are nasty people, but coming to repair in 2 days. Because of this being a manual recliner we decided we want an upgrade so we called Levin our sale person gone, transferred us to someone else, told her the issue she said we had to call the people that will be doing the repairs and I advised that they told us to call them. She told me this is not my problem and hung up on me. I am displeased with Levin. I have an update: received a call from Kelly, she was awesome. She went over and beyond anything the I could expect to help with the experience the we had. She made everything right. She is the kind of person that you would want to build your business and to make it successful. I am pleased to announce she has built our confidence in Levin furniture. We will be back. “I recommend Forward Moving 100000% to anyone! My family of 4 (two little ones under 3) moved from the suburbs of Philadelphia to Charlotte, NC and used Forward Moving. We did full service, where Forward Moving came and packed everything, loaded the truck, drove down, and then unloaded the truck. It was 100% worth the money! They were so careful with our belongings, wrapping them nicely in bubble wrap and paper, that nothing broke, even with such a long move. The team loaded the truck so diligently that everything fit on one truck and the items didn't bounce around (helping keeping all items in tact). Everyone we worked with at Forward Moving was kind, courteous and professional. Our driver, Josh, made sure we were updated each step of the process, so we knew when the truck was on its way to Charlotte, when it was halfway here, and when it got to Charlotte. He made jokes with our 2 year old, and made us feel comfortable and at ease with the very stressful job of moving. (attaching a picture of the truck when it was only 1/3 of the way packed so you can see how diligently they packed it!)”
