She took a tremendous amount of time to explain things and be thorough. Something a lot of doctors don’t do anymore. Dr. Long is personable and makes you feel comfortable. She noticed a certain thing other doctors haven’t and helped make a change that will make a world of difference because of her thoroughness. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I’m extremely lucky I found an eye doctor and staff who puts in the time and are very helpful and friendly. Well done to the whole staff.”

“Bought a unique car from Seibel's. My first mistake was buying it without seeing it. I trusted what they told me and thought they were a reputable company. They told me when they were detailing the car and the air bag light came on and had to send it to Volkswagen to be repaired. This delayed the delivery for two weeks. A driver called me at midnight to deliver the car. The worst part is this car was never detailed. The interior was filthy with many loose parts. The seat backs were filled with the previous owners trash. There was old jewelry and a dirty sock left in the car. It took me four hours to completely detail the car. I have bought many cars online and this by far has been my worst experience. This vehicle was way over priced for the condition in which it was delivered. The picture enclosed is the trash just was pulled out of one of the seat backs. After posting my review I received a phone call from the owner of Seibel's Auto. He apologized for the condition of which the car was delivered. He offered several options, we agreed on a solution to resolve the issue. It is great to see that this family owned business still cares about its customers. Thank you again for resolving the issue and look forward to doing business in the future.”

“Long story short, I broke my only pair of glasses and didn't know what to do. So I called the Walmart vision center and Lacey told me unfortunately there were no doctors to do the vision tests, I was way over due for testing, but to come in and she will see what she can do. Fortunately it was only my frame that broke, so lacey was able to take out my lenses and put them in new frames for me. She definitely saved me! I would have been without glasses for almost a week before I could get in for an appointment. Everyone who needs glasses knows how terrible something like that is lol I will forever be grateful of Lacey and what she did for me today! I've learned my lesson and will now have two pairs of glasses for next time when something like this happens 🤣”

The atmosphere is very pleasant and you can use the "layaway" plan before "your" dream outfit is "snatched" by another browsing buyer. The week of our wedding I let Steven know we needed a VERY specific version of a song played for our first dance because we were surprising our guests with a choreographed dance and he played it spot on! Our guests are still raving about his performance during our ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner. If you want your guests, months later, still talking about how awesome your wedding was book Steven Vance ASAP! We had DJ Nacho who we also booked through Steven Vance Entertainment provide DJ services during our reception (this was a wonderful and convenient feature to have both performers booked through one company). He kept the party going and all of our guests out on the dance floor! We had a unique bridal party entrance that went to the starting lineup of the Chicago Bulls and DJ Nacho outdid himself with the script we gave him! Both Steven Vance and DJ Nacho were extremely professional, great entertainers, and executed our requests flawlessly. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!”
