Our sales guy Paul Clay has been excellent, as has their Allen-Bradley PLC guy Dale Parker, their internal sales Dave Fenchel, and Al Macugoski, their Drives/Motion Area Mgr. They've all been so supportive and helpful--even on a weekend when we had a customer crisis and AB's servers were down, Tri-State came through for us. We had worked with them a number of years ago, and had some silly issues with stuff like never getting our paperwork correct; but the back office has gotten their act together and we've been very satisfied. I told her it said $2.85. She had another worker check it out. She said someone put it in the wrong spot and it was put under the $2.85. So she had to give it to me for $2.85. I was going to take the small one.”
