We did have an issue with the internal piece to the headband breaking. I reached out to customer service simply to ask if there is something we could do to increase the life of the product. Unequal replaced our product within a day! I was happy with the product and would have purchased another but didn't have to. The product is Unequal and so is the Customer Service.
