“Rudy is my guy. He was very straight about my questions and what the best options would be for me. I didn't feel intimidated by the whole buying process. Even though I was approved by my bank he didn't insist that I go through their lenders to see if I could get more money or a better rate. He understood what I was working with and he did the absolute best to get me what I needed. My daughter was also looking for a car at another dealership, she also had an approval and they insisted she go through them. Ran her credit, approved her then called and said she needed a cosigner when she already had money from her bank. Not only was he very personable and funny. He also made sure that while my bank was processing my loan that the car wasn't sold. If you don't have a down payment they won't hold the car at any dealership, which I didn't know but he did it on good faith that I was indeed getting the car. Not saying that's what they do because money is money and they're a business but for me I was treated like a friend and not just a customer. Definitely recommend 👌”

As to the situation with the warehouse, due to insurance liabilities, we are not permitted to allow customers into our warehouse. What we keep in stock here is limited, as we are set up as a business to business distributor. We open ourselves up to retail sale to help the start up businesses and the general public. We do this, because we are a small business and understand the importance of having good suppliers is to a small business. We let people know, we do not keep everything in stock, but can bring it in. It just may take 7-10 days to get material into our location. If our customers need material sooner, we can ship directly from our suppliers and cut lead time to 3-5 days”
