“Shane was fantastic! We had a blockage in the main sewer line. He was out, on a SATURDAY, within 2hrs. He gave us a price upfront before his arrival and explained if he had to go a different direction as to clearing the blockage, it would cost a little more due to a more difficult job. VERY AFFORDABLE!!!! Totally understandable! Who even wants to clear sewer lines anyway???? But Shane was right on it, was able to clear it without having to go the other more complicated direction and stuck to his quote! And did NOT charge for a Saturday visit like most plumbers will do! He even gave us a coupon for being a first time client. He is honest, knowledgeable, and communicates well with calls and texts as to his arriving time. My husband and I are so grateful for his willingness and expedient time to help us out! It was an emergency and he was so kind! We called several plumbers and his response was truly concerned for us not being able to use any of our bathrooms. Thank you Shane! I will ALWAYS support my local small businesses!
