“I took an unassembled pine bookcase end table I bought off the internet to Dip 'n Strip to be stripped. I thought wood wax was used on the pieces based on the online description. I wanted it stripped so I could stain. The gentleman was very nice and honest. He checked the pieces and told me they did not have wax or finish, just sanded very smooth. He sanded a little piece and test stained the bottom for me to verify for sure. He didn't charge me anything. He could have taken the pieces and told me to come back next week and charged me but he was honest. I'll come back for sure when I have any furniture to refinish.”
