“I'm brand new to the game of golf. I've been here twice and went to a different driving range once. Not sure if I'm qualified to speak about how the grounds compare to other places. However, I like this place. The owner (I think she is) is very friendly and immediately greeted me both times. The grounds and stations r clean. It is a convenient location from Rt 356 or Rt 8. Open from 9 to 7, daily. If u go before noon you get $1 off a bucket of balls. Large bucket cost $6. U also can buy punch card(s). Visit the web site for more info. There is a separate building housing the golf school/private lessons. I've not been inside but saw a bunch of kids exiting. There r 2 very friendly dogs and 1 friendly cat who also greeted upon arrival. I plan on going back.”

“A beautiful and historic country club on lovely grounds. They have both a friendly and professional staff. There is a piano both upstairs and downstairs, multiple fireplaces, and multiple bars. They feature what looked like a very nice pool, though I wasn't able to check it out due to the inclement weather. Arnold Palmer is featured extensively throughout, both in pictures and in name. I appreciated the fresh cut flowers throughout the building!”

“Wonderful, quiet, peaceful family-owned CG. We only stayed one night, but we really enjoyed it, and we would love to return. The family who owns the CG is extremely nice. The grounds are extensive and beautiful, well-kept up and everything is very clean. A small pond, beautiful tent sites, wooded and shaded. OH – the price! Our site was $35 !! Where have you ever seen a price like that for a beautiful CG?! The drawback: no internet, no swimming, very poor phone reception. If there were internet and good phone reception, I’d give this CG 5 stars. For now, it’s 4 stars, but unplug and you’ll enjoy it!”

“Went for the fish fry on Friday and it is worth the wait. We got there without having to wait in line. Fish could have been hotter but everything was fantastic. You get your money's worth there. They serve you on dinnerware not paper and you can get a complimentary glass of wine and you get dessert with your meal. All served by volunteer and kids cleaning up. A very nice fish fry. Will be going back.”
