  Several months ago, I discovered bed bugs at my parents house. Luckily, my parents were already staying with me but we had stayed at their house one night to start prepping to put their house on the market. I only saw a couple when my mother brought it to my attention; I brought chemicals from Lowes, sprayed their entire bed, and let off 3 sets of bombs in the house over the course of a month. Fast forward about 2 months from when we first discovered them, I spent the night, and when I was making the bed the next morning, I found a bed bug! I then discovered 2 days later I had several bites all over my body! Fast forward a month after my parents house has been professionally treated, and the house was totally cleaned out, I had some items that I left in the trunk of my car (I just left them in there for no reason) that I finally brought in my house and put the items on my parents bed. 2 days later, my mom tells me that she had been waking up scratching for the last 2 nights. I immediately checked her for bites, but didn't see anything, then I go to her room to inspect her bed, long and behold, I see a bed bug! I immediately got stressed out because my mom has a lung disease, and knew that chemicals were not going to be an option. I started googling exterminators specializing in bed bugs, and found K&A. Thomas came over the same day, and treated my house and car the next day. I was so stressed out because I was traumatized by the experience at my parents, but Thomas explained his treatment process and answered all the questions I had.

  I cannot possibly say enough good things about this company and our experience with Thomas. He was at our home to fix our needs within a day. He answered questions immediately; no matter the time of day. He was professional but also sensitive and caring to my concerns and lack of knowledge. Our problem was resolved quickly with efficiency, professionalism and I’m confident I can still rely on Thomas for help in the future. No other company I called in my search gave me the confidence to know I was getting my issue resolved, I knew right away I could trust K&A. In a difficult time, this company, Thomas, eased my families worries and concerns. A 5 star rating doesn’t do this experience justice, I wish I could give a million!

  Thomas was very helpful, professional and thorough. His crew went through the entire house and took care of everything that could be taken care of. I hope to never have to go through this again but if so I will be calling K & A!

  I tried unsuccessfully to treat bed bugs for 6 months by myself, spent $500 for chemicals. They got everywhere. Talked to others who have had bed bugs and had them treated by the big name pest guys who charged them multiple times because the bugs kept coming back. I found Thomas website online after searching for weeks, all good reviews. I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did! I check every week, 5 months have gone by and still bug free, sleeping peacefully. Thank you Thomas! 5 stars isn't high enough!

  All I can say is thank you so much Thomas. I live in a newly constructed condo with all new furniture and somehow a bedbug got in and took over my beautiful new bed. Another company told me I would have to remove everything in my closets and drawers plus take down all my curtains throughout the entire house. They would fumigate 2 treatments 2 weeks apart. I was so upset about having to do all this work and basically move out for 2 weeks.plus having heavy duty chemicals in my house. I went on line and saw Thomas’s company who specializes in bedbugs. It was 11 pm. I was going to leave him a message. He picked up the phone. He assured me none of that was necessary to do and he could take care of this situation in a few hours. Without chemicals either which I was so very concerned about. He said chemicals don’t even work well on bedbugs. I was so relieved. Thomas came out the next day. Very professional and educated in what he was doing. He was at my condo for a few hours. That was about a month ago. I haven’t seen a bedbug since. Thanks again Thomas. You saved me from living in a total nightmare!
